Please note that the information to the left of this screen is tabulated by a GEMM computer, and is in no way authenticated by humans. For instance, if a seller wishes to communicate with the buyer prior to shipping, the computer averages any delay into shipping percentages. If a customer tells Gemm that an item is not graded properly, the grading percentage goes down. This is true even if the customer never asks for a refund, never notifies the seller and never proves to Gemm that their claim is real.
